Join us for the 2008 Fall Festival!

When: Saturday, September 20th

Time: 4:00pm – 7:30pm

Where: Open Arms

For the kids: jumpy houses, a petting zoo, pony rides, firetrucks and police cars to see and touch, cakewalks, all your friends to play with, and much, much more!

For the adults: bring your checkbook – fantastic deals are always available at the Silent Auction, and all proceeds go to support Open Arms. And don’t forget to invite Grandma and Grandpa or other friends/neighbors to come share in the festivities (and remind everyone to bring their checkbooks!).

Hotdogs and hamburgers will be provided by the church, side dishes are potluck, and sign up sheets will be posted outside the office prior to the event. Lemonade and water are provided; be sure to pack your coolers with your favorite adult beverages and bring along your picnic blanket and folding chairs.

Parking is available on the grass at the church entrance.

In case of severe rain, the silent auction will move to the hallway of the school, and last until Wednesday, Sept 24th.

If you have any questions, contact Jon Arrowood: 404-272-9232 or jon.arrowood@gmail.com

We are still looking for donations for this year's Silent Auction. We are hoping to raise $25,000 in donated gifts value and reach a 100% family participation target for Silent Auction donations. Have you secured and turned into the office at least 1 donation for the Silent Auction? To assist you, here is a copy of the 2008 Fall Festival Sponsor Letter.
